Turck RI60P1-QR20-LU4X2-0.15-DT04-3P is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR20 series and comes pre-wired with a 15cm pigtail terminated with a Deutsch DT04 connector for easy installation. It has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 8Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and is housed in a rectangular, plastic Ultem housing. It features a 6mm bore size and is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity. The sensor provides one analog output (0.5Vdc-4.5Vdc) and has a resolution of ≤0.09° with a 12-bit resolution. A green LED serves as a multifunction visual position indicator, and another green LED indicates power ON. The sensor's measurement accuracy is supported by a 0.09° resolution, and it has a current consumption of 100mA. It is capable of measuring angular positions from 0° to +60° and has a sampling rate of 800Hz.
