Turck RI360P2-QR20-LU4X2-0.15-DT04-3P is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR20 series and comes pre-wired with a 15cm pigtail terminated with a Deutsch DT04 connector for easy installation. It has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 8Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and is housed in a rectangular, plastic Ultem casing. It provides a sampling rate of 800Hz and features a 1/4" bore size. For protection, it includes short-circuit and reverse polarity safeguards. The sensor offers one analog output ranging from 0.5Vdc to 4.5Vdc, with a resolution of ≤0.09° or 12-bit resolution. A green LED serves as a multifunctional visual position indicator, and another green LED indicates power ON. It ensures a measurement accuracy with a 0.09° resolution and has a current consumption of 100mA. The sensor is capable of measuring angular positions from 0° to +360°.
