RI360P1-QR14-ELIU5X2-0.3-RS5 Description
Turck RI360P1-QR14-ELIU5X2-0.3-RS5 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and features a blind hole shaft with increased resolution, making it suitable for washdown applications. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30cm pigtail terminated with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD connector for easy integration. Part of the Q-track QR14 series, it has dimensions of H49mm x W54mm x D14mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The supply voltage requirement is 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a plastic PBT-GF30-V0 housing, and it includes a 6mm bore size. The sensor provides protection against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity issues. It features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 16-bit resolution) and boasts a resolution of ≤0.09° with 12-bit resolution. A green LED serves as a multifunction visual position indicator, alongside a power ON indicator. The measurement accuracy is ≤0.025% of full scale, with a current consumption of 100mA, and it can measure angular positions from 0° to +360°. The sensor has a frequency of 800Hz sampling rate, ensuring timely and accurate readings.
