Turck RI360P0-QR24M0-0256X2-H1181 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a through hollow shaft design that is resistant to washdowns. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR24 series and comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy integration. With dimensions of H78mm x W81mm x D24mm, it has a rectangular shape and is constructed from ZnAlCu1 metal and a PA12-GF30 plastic housing, ensuring durability. The sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K, making it suitable for harsh environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. The RI360P0-QR24M0-0256X2-H1181 features a single digital output (push-pull incremental output) and includes protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity incidents. It provides a resolution of 256ppr (pulses per revolution) as its default setting. For ease of monitoring, it includes a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED for measuring range display. The sensor's measurement accuracy is ≤ 0.01% of the full scale, capable of detecting angular positions from 0° to +360°.
