RI-43HA6S8-2B1024-C1M Description
Turck RI-43HA6S8-2B1024-C1M is an incremental rotary encoder designed for flange mounting with a long tether arm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft flange with long tether arm optical sensing. This encoder is pre-wired with a radial 1m / 3ft cord with bare end flying leads, belonging to the Type RI-43 series. It has dimensions of H140mm x W135mm x D174mm with a 100mm casing diameter and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The supply voltage requirement is 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.), and it can handle a pulse frequency up to 300kHz. Constructed from die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, and an aluminium flange, it features a 1" hollow shaft bore. The encoder provides 1 x digital output (push-pull; 10Vdc-30Vdc) and includes protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity. It supports a maximum rotational speed of 6000rpm, has a moment of inertia of less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2, and offers a resolution of 1024ppr (pulses/revolution). The current consumption is 55mA with no load.
