RI-43HA4E2-2F1024-H1181/N33/N42 Description
Turck RI-43HA4E2-2F1024-H1181/N33/N42 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for 4-1/2" C-Face tether flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft with an isolation insert, C-Face tether flange, and optical sensing with a special waveform. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. As part of the Type RI-43 series, it measures H140mm x W135mm x D174mm with a 100mm casing diameter and offers an IP65 degree of protection. It requires a supply voltage of 5Vdc-30Vdc, supporting 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc, and can handle a pulse frequency up to 300kHz. The encoder is constructed from die-cast metal housing, a stainless steel shaft, and an aluminium flange, with a 5/8" hollow shaft bore. It features 1 x digital output (push-pull with inverting signal; 5Vdc-30Vdc), includes short-circuit protection, and can achieve a rotational speed of up to 6000rpm with a moment of inertia of less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2. The resolution is set at 1024ppr (pulses/revolution), and the current consumption is 50mA with no load.
