RI-43H38E2-2F1024-H1181/N33 Description
Turck RI-43H38E2-2F1024-H1181/N33 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for 4-1/2" C-Face tether flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft C-Face tether flange with optical sensing and a special waveform design. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and falls under the Type RI-43 series. It has dimensions of H140mm x W135mm x D174mm with a 100mm casing diameter and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The supply voltage requirement ranges from 5Vdc to 30Vdc, supporting 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc, with a maximum pulse frequency of 300kHz. Constructed from die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, and an aluminium flange, it features a 38mm hollow shaft bore. The encoder provides 1 x digital output (push-pull with inverting signal; 5Vdc-30Vdc), includes short-circuit protection, and can handle a rotational speed of up to 6000rpm. Its moment of inertia is less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2, with a resolution of 1024ppr (pulses/revolution), and a current consumption of 50mA with no load.
