RI-12HA0T-2B1000-H1181 Description
Turck RI-12HA0T-2B1000-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for compact applications, featuring a through hollow shaft flange with torque stop for mounting and optical sensing for operation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and is equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. This encoder falls within the Type RI-12 series and has a 2" casing diameter. It offers IP67 protection and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc-24Vdc nominal. The encoder supports a 300kHz pulse frequency and is constructed with a die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, butyl rubber shaft seal, stainless steel disc table, and stainless steel packing ring. It features a 1/4" hollow shaft bore and provides one digital output (push-pull; 10Vdc-30Vdc). Protection functions include short-circuit, bearing lock, magnetic field proof, and reverse polarity. The encoder can handle a rotational speed of up to 6000rpm, has a moment of inertia of 6 x 10^-6kg.m^2, and offers a resolution of 1000ppr (pulses/revolution). Its current consumption is 50mA with no load, and it can withstand a maximum radial load of 80 N and a maximum axial load of 40 N.
