RI-10TA1R-2K4096-H1181 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-10TA1R-2K4096-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for compact applications, featuring a 2.5" square flange mounting for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and incorporates a solid shaft square flange with optical sensing for precise measurement. This encoder is equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for straightforward connectivity. It belongs to the Type RI-10 series and has dimensions including a 2" casing diameter, a 3/8" shaft diameter, and a 7/8" shaft length. With an IP65 degree of protection, it is suited for environments requiring dust and water resistance. The supply voltage ranges from 5Vdc to 30Vdc, supporting various operational voltages such as 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc. It can handle a maximum pulse frequency of 300kHz, equivalent to 4395rpm, and is constructed from durable materials including die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, butyl rubber shaft seal, stainless steel disc table, and stainless steel packing ring. The current consumption is 50mA under no load conditions, and it can withstand a maximum radial load of 80 N and a maximum axial load of 40 N.
