RI-10TA1C-4F2048-H1181 Description
Turck RI-10TA1C-4F2048-H1181 is a compact incremental rotary encoder designed for 58mm clamping flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and features a solid shaft with optical sensing. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. As part of the Type RI-10 series, it has dimensions including a 2" casing diameter, a 3/8" shaft diameter, and a 5/8" shaft length. The encoder is protected by a die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, butyl rubber shaft seal, stainless steel disc table, and stainless steel packing ring, achieving an IP65 degree of protection. It includes protection functions against short-circuit, bearing lock, magnetic fields, and reverse polarity. With a maximum rotational speed of 12000rpm and a moment of inertia of 1.8 x 10^-6kg.m^2, it offers a resolution of 2048 pulses per revolution. The maximum radial and axial loads are 80 N and 40 N, respectively.
