RI-10SA0Z4-2B25-C1M/N29 Description
Turck RI-10SA0Z4-2B25-C1M/N29 is a compact incremental rotary encoder designed for 2" square flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and features a solid shaft square flange with optical sensing and a special waveform. This encoder is pre-wired with a radial 1m / 3ft cord with bare end flying leads, belonging to the Type RI-10 series. It has dimensions of a 2" casing diameter, 1/4" shaft diameter (D1/4"), and a 5/8" shaft length (L5/8"). With an IP67 degree of protection, it supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and can handle a frequency of up to 300kHz pulse frequency. The encoder is constructed from die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, disc table, and packing ring. It offers 1 x digital output (push-pull; 10Vdc-30Vdc), and includes protection functions against short-circuit, bearing lock, magnetic fields, and reverse polarity. The maximum rotational speed is 6000rpm, with a moment of inertia of 1.8 x 10^-6kg.m^2, and a resolution of 25ppr (pulses/revolution). Its current consumption is 50mA (no load), and it can withstand a maximum radial load of 80 N and a maximum axial load of 40 N.
