RI-10S10C-2B1024-H1181 Description
Turck RI-10S10C-2B1024-H1181 is a compact incremental rotary encoder designed for 58mm clamping flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and features a solid shaft with optical sensing. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. As part of the Type RI-10 series, it has a 2" casing diameter, a 10mm shaft diameter, and a 20mm shaft length. It is protected to IP67 standards and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc-24Vdc. The encoder supports a 300kHz pulse frequency and is constructed with a die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, disc table, and packing ring. It includes 1 digital output (push-pull; 10Vdc-30Vdc) and features protection against short-circuit, bearing lock, magnetic fields, and reverse polarity. The maximum rotational speed is 6000rpm, with a moment of inertia of 1.8 x 10^-6kg.m^2 and a resolution of 1024ppr. Its current consumption is 50mA with no load, and it can withstand a maximum radial load of 80 N and a maximum axial load of 40 N.
