PT30PSIG-1003-U1-H1141 Description
Turck PT30PSIG-1003-U1-H1141 is a sensor designed for instrumentation relative pressure measurement and transmission. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 22.8mm. This sensor is equipped with a 3-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. It belongs to the PT series, which utilizes a psi scale for pressure measurement, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The supply voltage required for operation is 10-28Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor's construction includes a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel and PBT housing, with 1.4305 (303) stainless steel wetted parts, an Al2O3 ceramics pressure transducer, and a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel pressure connection. It is capable of measuring pressures from 0 to +30psig and can handle fluid medium temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. The PT30PSIG-1003-U1-H1141 features protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, has a response time of 2ms / 0.002 s, and provides an analog output (4-20mA; loop powered). The current consumption of the device is 20mA.
