Turck PT20PSIG-1003-I2-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a range of 0 to +20psig. It operates effectively in ambient air temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C and can handle fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. This model is part of the PT1000 series and is ATEX compliant, ensuring suitability for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for easy installation. The sensor is powered by a supply voltage of 7-33vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its cylindrical body is constructed from 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel housing, with 316 stainless steel wetted parts, an Al2O3 ceramics pressure transducer, and a stainless steel 1.4404 / 316L pressure connection, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. The sensor provides an analog output of 4-20mA and has a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. The current consumption of the device is 23mA.
