PT1R-1003-I2-H1143 Description
Turck PT1R-1003-I2-H1143 is a sensor designed for instrumentation relative pressure measurement within a range of 0 to +1 bar (0 to +14.5 psig). It operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connectivity. This model, part of the PT1000 series, features a cylindrical body with an IP67 degree of protection, indicating its capability to withstand dust and temporary immersion in water. It requires a supply voltage of 18-33Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor's housing is made of 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel, with 316 stainless steel wetted parts, an Al2O3 ceramics pressure transducer, and a stainless steel 1.4404 / 316L pressure connection, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosive materials. It supports a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and utilizes the IO-Link communication protocol for data transmission.
