Turck PT040R-11-LI3-H1131 is a sensor designed for measuring relative pressure in industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 22.8mm. This sensor is equipped with a 3-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for easy installation. It belongs to the PT series and utilizes a bar scale for pressure measurement. With an IP67 degree of protection, it is suitable for harsh environments. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 10-28Vdc, supporting both 12Vdc and 24Vdc nominal voltages. Its construction includes a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel and PBT housing, with wetted parts made of the same stainless steel and a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It can measure pressure from 0 to +40bar (0 to +580psig) and fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. The sensor features protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity incidents. It has a quick response time of 2ms and provides a single analog output (4-20mA; loop powered). The current consumption of the device is 20mA.
