PT003R-11-LI3-H1131 Description
Turck PT003R-11-LI3-H1131 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within automation systems. It functions as an instrumentation compound pressure sensor/transmitter and is part of the PT series, which utilizes a bar scale for measurement. This model features a pre-equipped 3-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded male process port for connectivity. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10-28Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its cylindrical body is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel and PBT housing, with wetted parts also made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, alongside a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The sensor is capable of measuring pressures ranging from -1 to +3 bar and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It has a rapid response time of 2ms / 0.002 s and provides an analog output of 4-20mA (loop powered). The current consumption of the device is 20mA.
