PD20-UHF-SGP-R Description
Banner Engineering PD20-UHF-SGP-R is a class 2 laser photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +45°C and features a convergent mode with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy integration into various setups. Part of the PD45 series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP54 NEMA 3, suitable for certain outdoor or industrial environments. The PD20-UHF-SGP-R operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. The sensing distance is specified at 102mm, utilizing a visible class 2 red laser with a wavelength of 650 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) for versatile signaling options.
