NI5U-Q10S-AP6X-0.2-RS4T Description
Turck NI5U-Q10S-AP6X-0.2-RS4T is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and features a side-sensing design. This sensor is pre-wired with a 20cm / 8" pigtail cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector, ensuring easy integration into various systems. Part of the NI...-Q10 series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture resistance is required. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and is housed in a 10mm thick rectangular body made of PP-GF20 (glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene) for both the housing and the sensing face. It has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz and can detect objects within a 5mm sensing distance. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), and it features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection.
