NI50U-CK40-VN4X2-H1141 Description
Turck NI50U-CK40-VN4X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. This sensor is part of the NI...-CK40 series and offers a high degree of protection with an IP68 rating. It supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a short rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as the stubby shape, and can switch at frequencies up to 250Hz. The housing is made of glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF20-V0), and the sensing face is constructed from glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (PA12-GF30), ensuring durability. It has a sensing distance of 50mm and offers both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) complementary outputs. The digital output can handle 10-65Vdc at a maximum of 200mA. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity safeguards. The sensor's response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
