NI50-CP80-VP4X2/S10-F2 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI50-CP80-VP4X2/S10-F2 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a connection type pre-equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and a 1/2"-14 NPT entry. This sensor is part of the NI...-CP80 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. It supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor has a rectangular body measuring H80mm x W80mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber for easy installation. It can switch at frequencies up to 10Hz and is constructed from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and the sensing face, ensuring durability. The sensing distance is 50mm, and it offers operating modes of NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) with complementary outputs. It includes one digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
