NI40-CP80-VP4X2-H1141 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI40-CP80-VP4X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. This sensor is part of the NI...-CP80 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. It supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a rectangular body measuring H80mm x W80mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber for easy installation. It has a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and is constructed from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0) for both the housing and sensing face, ensuring durability. The sensing distance is 40mm, and it offers operating modes of NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) with complementary outputs. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions. Its no-load current consumption is 15mA.
