NI35U-CK40-ADZ30X2-B1131 Description
Turck NI35U-CK40-ADZ30X2-B1131 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is compatible with network frequencies of 50-60 Hz. It features a pre-equipped 3-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connectivity. The supply voltage requirements are dual-mode, accommodating 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc). The NI...-CK40 series sensor boasts an IP68 degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Its compact, stubby shape measures H40mm x W40mm, and it is constructed from PBT-GF20-V0 for the housing and PA6-GF30-X for the sensing face, both materials being glass fiber reinforced for enhanced strength. The sensing distance is 35mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor supports 1 x digital output capable of handling 20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc with a maximum switching frequency of 10Hz and a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A. Additionally, it includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP) for increased operational security.
