Turck NI35U-CK40-ADZ30X2-B1131/S1590 W/BS 2.1 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and comes pre-mounted with a BS 2.1 mounting bracket that is Weldguard coated for enhanced durability. It features a pre-equipped 3-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for easy installation. The sensor supports a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac, including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac, as well as a DC supply voltage range of 10-300Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc. It belongs to the NI...-CK40 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor has a compact H40mm x W40mm short rectangular body (Stubby) and is capable of a maximum switching frequency of 10Hz. Constructed with a PBT-GF20-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, it ensures durability and resistance to environmental factors. The sensing distance is 35mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It features 1 x digital output capable of handling 20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc with AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output, supporting up to 400mA max. Additionally, it includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP) for enhanced operational safety.
