NI15-Q30-AN6X Description
Turck NI15-Q30-AN6X is an inductive proximity sensor/switch designed for a variety of applications requiring non-contact detection of metallic objects. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a pre-wired 2m cable with bare end flying leads for connection. It belongs to the NI...-Q30 series and is encased in a 30mm thick rectangular body, ensuring an IP67 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can switch at frequencies up to 500Hz. The housing is made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) with a glass fiber reinforced PBT-GF30-V0 sensing face and a PVC cable jacket. It offers a sensing distance of 15mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
