NI15-P30-AP6X-B2141 Description
Turck NI15-P30-AP6X-B2141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 4-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connectivity. It belongs to the NI...-P30 series and offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a fully threaded barrel shape with an M30 thread size. It has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz and is constructed with a PA12 (Polyamide) housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. The sensing distance is 15mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
