Turck NI12U-M18-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 2m pre-wired cable with bare end flying leads for connection. It falls under the NI...-M18 series and features an M18 partially threaded barrel shape. With a supply voltage requirement of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, it supports a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. The sensor's housing is made from chrome-plated brass, with a Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) sensing face and an Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber (EPTR) end cap, complemented by a PVC cable jacket. It offers a sensing distance of 12mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size is M18, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.).
