Turck LTX6E-ER10-LI0X3-H1151 is a magnetostrictive linear position sensor from the EZ-track series, designed with a raised-face and a 2" null zone. It features dimensions of H46mm x W46mm x D348mm and a cylindrical/rod shape with a stainless steel housing and an AISI 304 1.4301 stainless steel rod, measuring 10.3mm in diameter. This encoder is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and offers protection against reverse polarity. It operates within a pressure range of 340bar / 5000psi (permanent) to 680bar / 10000psi (short-term) and requires a supply voltage of 7-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). The device can function in ambient air temperatures from -40 to +85°C, offers an IP68 degree of protection, and has a stroke length that includes a 2" null zone, 2.5" dead zone, and a 6" measurement span. It provides 1 x analog output (4-20mA; 16-bit), with a current consumption of 40mA and a response time of 1ms / 0.001 s. The measurement accuracy is noted as 16-bits resolution (= 0.003mm / 3μm linear resolution), 0.003mm / 3μm linear repeatability, and 0.001" / 0.0254mm hysteresis. Additionally, it features a tri-color visual position indicator (diagnostic LEDs) and can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +105°C.
