LI300P1-Q17LM1-LIU5X2 Turck Linear Position Sensors

Turck LI300P1-Q17LM1-LIU5X2 is a compact contactless linear inductive positioning sensor from the Q-track Q17 series. It features a straight and right-angle mounting foot captive positioning element, housed in a polycarbonate PC-GF10 material, and measures H20mm x W17mm x D331mm with a rectangular shape. This encoder is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads and offers protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. It operates on a supply voltage of 15Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. The LI300P1-Q17LM1-LIU5X2 is IP67 rated, indicating its protection against dust and water ingress. It has a stroke length featuring a 22mm blind zone (a), a 9mm blind zone (b), a 1.5mm nominal distance, and a 300mm measurement span. The encoder provides an analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 12-bit resolution), consumes 50mA current, and has a 700Hz sampling rate. Its measurement accuracy includes a 12-bits resolution (equivalent to 0.074mm / 74μm linear resolution), ≤ 0.025% of full scale repeatability, ≤ +/-0.01% / K temperature drift, and ≤ 0.5% of full scale linearity deviation. Additionally, it features a visual position indicator with a green LED for multifunction and power ON indication.
