JRBS-40SC-12C/EX Description
Turck JRBS-40SC-12C/EX is a junction box belonging to the JRBS series, designed for FOUNDATION fieldbus and PROFIBUS-PA passive junction rail applications. It features short-circuit protection and is ATEX compliant, with a black/yellow extruded Aluminium housing and Nylon terminal block. This model offers 12 removable cage-clamp connections for drops and 2 removable cage-clamp connections for BUS IN/BUS OUT, supporting PROFIBUS and FOUNDATION Fieldbus communication protocols. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-32Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can be mounted on a DIN rail. The junction box has a net height of 276 mm, a width of 75.5 mm, and a depth of 31 mm, operating in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. It is rated with an IP20 degree of protection and has a connection capacity of 12 ports for drops plus 1 bus IN & OUT for daisy-chaining.
