FCMI-3/8D08DYA4P-LI-UP8X-H1141 Description
Turck FCMI-3/8D08DYA4P-LI-UP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow measurement with a PBT housing and 1.4571 stainless steel tubing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and consumes 100mA of current. This sensor features one analog output (4-20mA) and one digital output (10.8-30Vdc; PNP), both housed in a rectangular body. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and has a response time of 500ms. The control circuit is rated for 200mA / 0.2 A current, with time delays for ON and OFF ranging from 0 to 50 seconds. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. Designed for measuring flow rates from 0 to 20 gallons per minute (GPM) in water, it also functions as an inline flow and temperature monitor/sensor/switch. Part of the FCMI series, it comes with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and 3/8" Swagelok threaded process ports x 2 with an 8mm inline diameter. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 10bar (145psi) and requires a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.). It is capable of operating in medium temperatures of 0 to +60°C and offers a measurement accuracy with a tolerance of +/-2%.
