BID2-H12F-AP6/S312 Description
Turck BID2-H12F-AP6/S312 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for high-pressure applications without an LED indicator. This special version sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It features a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. The sensor is pre-wired with a 20cm / 8" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. Its shape is a 12mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel, offering an IP67 degree of protection. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 500bar max. (static) and 350bar max. (dynamic), with a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +100°C. The sensor has 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA and a sensing distance of 2mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, operating in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
