Turck BI20U-M30-IOL6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-M30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a chrome-plated brass housing with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity and has an M30 partially threaded barrel shape. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BI20U-M30-IOL6X2-H1141 supports a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz and utilizes the IO-Link communication protocol. It provides one digital output (NPN/PNP; DC 4-wire; 150mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 27mA. The sensing distance is 20mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M30, and it operates with NO (Normally Open) + NC (Normally Closed) outputs.
