BI20-G47-AZ3X Description
Turck BI20-G47-AZ3X is an inductive proximity sensor/switch that falls under the BI...-G47 series. This embeddable design sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc). It features a chrome-plated brass housing, a sensing face made of glass fiber reinforced Polyamide PA12-GF30, and an end cap of PA12-GF25, with a PVC cable jacket. The sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It has a Pg36 fully threaded barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The maximum switching frequency is 20Hz, and it is designed to operate within a network frequency of 50-60 Hz. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -25°C and +70°C. It has one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 400mA max.), a sensing distance of 20mm, and a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A. The thread size is Pg 36, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
