Turck BI20-CK4080-VP4X2-H1141/S1009 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-CK40 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and sensing face, ensuring durability. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. The sensor's shape is a short rectangular body (H40mm x W80mm), known as stubby, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It has a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The response time is 8ms, and it includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 20mm, and it features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 400mA, and it includes a time delay (OFF-delay) of 250ms. Operating modes include NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs.
