Turck BI20-CA40130-ADZ30X2-B1131/S1009 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-CA40 series designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (24Vac / 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nom.) and 10-300Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc / 200Vdc / 250Vdc nom.). This sensor features an aluminium housing with a Duroplast sensing face and is pre-equipped with a 3-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector. It has a short rectangular body (Stubby) measuring H40mm x W130mm, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The maximum switching frequency is 20Hz, with a network frequency of 50-60 Hz. It can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70 °C. The sensor provides 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire pow. MOSFET output; 400mA max.), with a sensing distance of 20mm. It includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A. Additionally, it features an OFF-delay time of 250ms / 0.25 and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
