BI12-G30K-AD4X Description
Turck BI12-G30K-AD4X is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-G30 series, designed with a short barrel embeddable form factor. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing, a sensing face made of PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide), an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The shape is an M30 fully threaded short cylindrical/barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP67. It has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; DC 2-wire; 100mA max.), with a sensing distance of 12mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M30, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
