BI10-M30-LIU Description

Turck BI10-M30-LIU is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-M30 series. This sensor features an embeddable special version design without an LED indicator and operates with a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. It is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. The sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It has an M30 partially threaded barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The maximum switching frequency is 140Hz, and it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It features 1 x analog output (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc; linear), a 2m cable length, an 8mA no-load current consumption, a sensing distance of 10mm, and an M30 thread size.
