Schneider Electric TSXP57304M is a Unity processor designed as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU processor module. It supports an application structure that includes 1 master task, 1 fast task, and 64 event tasks with system overhead times of 0.35ms for the fast task and 1ms for the master task. This unit features 2 x 8-pin mini-DIN (female) connectors for connectivity, with one marked TER for connecting a programming/adjustment terminal and the other marked AUX for connecting a peripheral device. It operates on a supply voltage range of 85-264Vac (100-240Vac nominal, non-isolated) or 18-31.2Vdc (24Vdc nominal, non-isolated) and 18-62.4Vdc (24-48Vdc nominal, isolated), all internally supplied via rack. Designed for backplane/rack mounting, it operates within an ambient air temperature range of +32...+140°F / 0...+60 °C. The memory capacity includes 192kB RAM for program and data, expandable with a PCMCIA card to 1792kB for programs and 16384kB for additional data storage. It has an IP20 degree of protection and supports PROFIBUS AS-interface communication protocol. The current consumption is 1100mA at 5Vdc, and it can connect to 1024 x digital I/O channels, 128 x analog I/O channels, 3 x network modules, 3 x Interbus or Profibus DP buses, 8 x AS-interface buses, and up to 16 x local racks. Storage conditions range from -13...+158°F / -25...+70 °C with a humidity tolerance of 10-95% (operation) and 5-95% (storage) without condensation. Processing speeds vary with and without a PCMCIA card, achieving up to 6.72k instructions/ms for 100% Boolean operations without the card. Processing times range from 120ns / 0.00012 ms for Boolean operations without a PCMCIA card to 1750-3000ns / 0.00175-0.003 ms for floating points without the card.
