Square D by Schneider Electric EDB34050 is a Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) designed for bolt-on mounting with a visual trip indicator. It features lugs type terminals and an aluminium lugs connection. This MCB operates at a rated voltage of 480 V AC, with a rated current of 50A and is suitable for circuits with a cross-section of 12-2/0AWG. It is a 3 Pole device offering protection functions against short-circuit and overload conditions. The EDB34050 serves as both an Equipment Protection Device (EPD) and a Circuit Breaker (CB) with a breaking capacity code D. It has a short circuit breaking rating of 25kA at 120Vac and 240Vac, and 18kA at 480Y/277Vac. The thermal-magnetic trip unit type has protection settings with a trip unit rating of 1800A.
