PILZ-777080 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-777080 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, and it supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirements are 195.5-264Vac (230Vac / 240Vac nom.) for AC and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.) for DC. Part of the PNOZ X11P sub-range, it measures 90mm in width, with a degree of protection rated at IP40, and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front housing. Its operating modes include single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with redundancy, automatic start, manual start, and monitored start. It can be expanded with contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. The device includes 7 x instantaneous safety outputs, 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, 2 x auxiliary outputs (semiconductor outputs), protection functions for detecting shorts across contacts, 2 x digital inputs, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input.
