Pilz PILZ-775695 is a safety relay designed for single-channel safety relay operations, including instantaneous E-STOP (Emergency stop) monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm, with safety output contacts rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirement is 93.5-121Vac (110Vac nominal) under the sub-range name PNOZ 2. Dimensions include a width of 90 mm and a depth of 121 mm, offering a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the unit consumes 5 VA of power. It operates in single-channel mode without redundancy in the input circuit, detecting earth faults in the start and input circuit. The unit can automatically start once the input circuit is closed or manually start once both the input and start circuits are closed. It allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. Digital inputs comprise 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 50mA), 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input.
