Pilz PILZ-773825 is a Safety I/O unit designed for DIN rail mounting, compatible with both 35mmx7.5mm top hat and 27mm recess width rails. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C and features a net height of 94 mm. This unit is specifically designed for incremental encoders (sin/cos; TTL) and offers various connection types including screw terminal connections, spring-loaded terminal connections, and an 8-pin RJ45 female connector for incremental encoders, with stripping lengths of 7mm for screw connections and 9mm for spring-loaded connections. Time delay settings vary with frequency, offering a configurable switch-off delay plus the switch-off delay of the base unit, with specific delays for frequencies above and below 100 Hz. The phase position for the differential signals A; /A and B; /B of the incremental encoder input ranges from 60° to 120°.
