Pilz PILZ-751177 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4, with or without test pulse. It supports monitored manual reset, start-up testing, and self-test functionalities. This model is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55 °C. The coated version has a net height of 100 mm, a width of 22.5 mm, and a depth of 120 mm, ensuring a compact design for easy integration. It features plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections and belongs to the PNOZ s4 sub-range. With a degree of protection rated at IP40 and a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.), it is housed in a PC material. The rated current for safety output contacts is 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Power consumption is rated at 2.5 W.
