Red Lion PX-26 is a digital temperature/process PID controller within the PAX2C PID controllers series. It features universal input for various signals including process, temperature, voltage, current, resistance, and supports thermocouple types T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, C, as well as Pt100, Ni120 RTDs, and resistance ranges from 100Ω to 10000Ω. The controller offers a programmable dual-line display that can show units and a bar graph, alongside four programmable universal annunciators. It is designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C at a network frequency of 50/60 Hz. The PX-26 can be powered by a wide AC supply voltage range of 40-250Vac or a DC supply voltage range of 21.6-250Vdc. It includes one analog input supporting a variety of ranges from -250μA to +250mA for current and -250mV to +200V for voltage. The device also features ramp/soak capability with up to 16 profiles of 20 steps each, up to 16 alarms with Boolean logic functionality, and heater current monitoring for protection. It has a built-in USB programming port for configuration via Crimson programming software. The PX-26's design ensures reduced overshoot and it comes in a 1/8 DIN horizontal format with dimensions of 96.5mm x 49.5mm (3.8" x 1.95"), offering a degree of protection of IP65 NEMA 4X. Field-installable option cards for setpoints, communication, and retransmitted analog output are available. The required door cut-out dimensions for installation are 44.45 mm in height and 91.44 mm in width.
