PULS CP10.481 is a DIN rail mounting power supply unit with an aluminium housing designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It features a net width of 39 mm and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. The unit has a current consumption of 11A peak max. inrush at 230Vac input and 7A peak max. inrush at 120Vac input. Its efficiency rates are 0.955 at 230Vac input, 0.938 at 120Vac input, and 0.93 at 100Vac input. The dimensions of the CP10.481 are W39mm x H124mm x D117mm. It includes a time delay of 240-300ms for start-up and a rise time of 63ms under nominal input with a constant full current load and 0mF load capacitance, extending to 210ms with 5mF load capacitance. The unit is equipped with protection functions including output overvoltage protection and overload/short-circuit protection, and supports series/parallel operation for increased output voltages or power, as well as 1+1 redundancy with a redundancy module. It is resistant to back-feeding loads up to 63V. Power dissipation/losses are 12.3W at full output load with 230Vac input and 17.2W with 120Vac input. The output stage capacitance is 960 µF. Electrical durability is rated at various hours depending on the operating conditions, with a ripple of 50mVpp across 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. This AC/DC power supply unit, part of the CP-series, includes ATEX approval, a 20% power reserve, and a DC-OK relay contact output. Connection is facilitated through screw-clamp connections. Supply voltage ranges from 88Vdc-180Vdc for DC and 85Vac-264Vac for AC, with specific turn-on and shutdown voltages. The rated current is 5.4A at 48Vdc with a derating above 60°C.
