PULS QT20.241 is a power supply unit designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring AC/DC conversion with a 50% power reserve. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and offers a design that includes a DC-OK relay contact output. The rated current is 20A at 24Vdc and 17.5A at 28Vdc, with a power derating from 12W at +60°C to +70°C. Connection is facilitated through spring-clamp connections. The supply voltage accommodates a wide range with 3-phase input from 323Vac to 576Vac, including nominal voltages of 380Vac, 400Vac, 415Vac, 440Vac, 480Vac, 500Vac, and 525Vac at 47-63Hz, with a turn-ON voltage of 3 x 263Vac and a shutdown voltage of 3 x 242Vac. Its dimensions are W65mm x H124mm x D127mm, housed in aluminium for durability. The output voltage is adjustable between 24Vdc and 28Vdc, with a maximum output overvoltage protection set between 32Vdc (typical) and 35Vdc (maximum). It includes protection against overvoltage, overload, and short-circuit conditions, and allows for series or parallel operation to increase output power. The unit is designed to handle back-feeding loads up to 34V without malfunctioning. Efficiency rates are 0.948 with a 3x480Vac input and 0.95 with a 3x400Vac input.
