Banner Engineering T30S2P6FF400Q is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the T30 series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection with an IP69K and NEMA 6P rating. The sensor has a cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with an M30 thread size. It provides a single digital output through a PNP transistor and has a sensing distance of 400mm. The light source for this sensor is infrared (IR), and it has a quick response time of 3ms or 0.003 seconds. Its operating mode is Light-ON NO (Normally Open).
