SME312DVQD Description
Banner Engineering SME312DVQD is a photo-electric sensor from the SME312 Expert series, designed with a diffuse mode TEACH mode functionality. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens, ensuring durability and clarity. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The SME312DVQD operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor offers a high degree of protection, rated at IP67 and compliant with multiple NEMA standards, including 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. The SME312DVQD has a rectangular shape and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), with a sensing distance of up to 1.1m. It emits visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and boasts a quick response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, providing flexibility for various applications.
