Banner Engineering SM30SRLMHSQD is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications with an "A" modulation frequency. This sensor, part of the SM30 series, functions as a receiver alone and is housed in stainless steel for durability. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin 7/8" mini connector for easy connection and operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6P standards, ensuring its operation in challenging environments. Its M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape allows for straightforward installation. The SM30SRLMHSQD offers one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), can detect objects up to 150m away, and operates with infrared light at a wavelength of 880 nm. It has a rapid response time of 1ms / 0.001 s and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
